(Baltimore, MD) -- Two people are recovering from injuries they suffered during a parking garage explosion in Fells Point on Wednesday afternoon.
Fire crews were called to the third-floor of the garage located in the 800 block of South Caroline Street around 3 o'clock.
Officials confirm that there was some type of explosion at the garage but cannot offer much information about the incident.
It is not immediately known what caused the explosion except that the driver of an SUV involved in the incident says her vehicle exploded as she turned on the ignition.
Officials say three tanks of some type of flammable liquid are believed to have been inside the SUV.
An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
