(Baltimore, MD) -- Baltimore City Schools are rolling out their mobile food truck for the second year in a row to help feed students who are participating in virtual learning.
The school district launched the food truck last year when many students had to take virtual learning because their school was closed during the pandemic.
Today, the truck serves an estimated 80,000 meals a day.
The truck is on a limited schedule because of a driver shortage but district officials hope to expand the schedule as soon as they hire more drivers.
