(Baltimore, MD) -- Volunteers from across Baltimore gathered this weekend in Brooklyn to help the community recover from the mass shooting that left two dead and 28 injured two weeks ago.
The coalition known as We Our Us organized volunteers to bring everything from diapers to bread and canned food to the community on Saturday.
A 17-year-old suspect has been charged in connection with the shootings but police continue searching for the shooters.
Volunteers said they wanted people to remember that mass shootings are not the norm.
