Last year, investigators identified Forrest Williams as a suspect in the case, but he died in 2018.
Today, police identified Donald Willard, formerly of Montgomery County, as the second suspect.
Willard also died in 2010 at the age of 74.
Police are asking anyone with information about the victim or the suspects to contact them so they can close the case.
