The personal finance website Smart Assethas listed Baltimore among the happiest cities in America.
The study looked at cities across the nation and ranked them according to categories such as life expectancy, household income and infrastructure.
Arlington, Virginia, ranks number one, Baltimore comes in at number 46 and is the only city in Maryland to make the cut.
