(Baltimore, MD) -- Mayor Brandon Scott has announced that legendary singer Chaka Khan will be headlining Baltimore's Artscape festival next month.
The mayor says the "Queen of Funk" will hit the stage on Friday, August 2.

In June, a partial list of musical performers was announced including Sheila E. and the Original Wailers, of Bob Marley fame.
The free, outdoor arts festival takes place from August 2nd through the 4th, featuring live music, visual art experiences, family-friendly activities, films, food and more.
