(Chicago, IL) -- Maryland Governor Wes Moore addressed the crowd at the Democratic National Convention in Chicago Wednesday night.
When the pressure is on, real patriots do not whine and complain – we put our heads down and we get to work.

Together, we will build the country that those who came before us hoped for and those who come after us deserve. pic.twitter.com/EhO5qrGuii
The governor says one of the first calls he received after the March collapse of the Key Bridge was from Kamala Harris, who assured him that the administration would be with Maryland every step of the way.
The governor says Harris had Maryland's back when the state needed it most - and now "we've got yours."
Moore says the nation has "75 days and a wakeup to elect a leader who is willing to believe in the best of us - and that leader is Kamala Harris - the next President of the United States."
