(Towson, MD) -- The Days Inn Motel on Loch Raven Boulevard will soon be demolished to clear the way for a new, affordable housing complex.
Baltimore County Executive Johnny Olszewski says the soon-to-be-constructed Loch Raven Overlook will deliver much-needed housing in the area and the most units ever toward Baltimore County's Voluntary Compliance Agreement goal.
We're all in to change—and improve—the housing paradigm in Baltimore County.

Officials say the project is a major source of investment in the effort to reduce a decline along the critical commercial corridor.
The county says the project will bolster the entire area, which already benefits from major employers like Towson University, Goucher College, Chesapeake Employers' Insurance Company, and Stanley Black and Decker.
