On Tuesday morning, Morgan State University issued a Campus Update after receiving an email threat indicating a potential explosive device in the Earl Richardson Library.
The university has evacuated the building and temporarily restricted access.
MSU police and Baltimore police are investigating and actively inspecting each floor of the library.
The university urges all members of the campus community to stay away from the library until an official all-clear is issued and encourages vigilance, reminding people to report any suspicious activity immediately.
Towson University and Delaware State University also received bomb threats Tuesday morning.
