(Howard County, MD) -- Howard County police have charged a paraeducator at Guilford Park High School in Jessup with a third-degree sexual offense following a Wednesday encounter with a student off school grounds.
Twenty-six-year-old William Nelson the Second of Elkridge met the 15-year-old boy victim through a dating app, and they allegedly had sex in Nelson's vehicle.
The victim reported it to school staffers, who called police.
Detectives do not believe the two interacted at or outside of Guilford Park before meeting through the dating app.
The investigation remains ongoing.
