(Baltimore, MD) -- The Law Office of J. Wyndal Gordon is launching an investigation after a United Airlines plane hit a Baltimore-based bakery truck on the New Jersey Turnpike.

Warren Boardley Jr. was treated for glass injuries to his arm and hand after the plane's landing gear went through his truck's window and windshield on Sunday.

On Tuesday, attorneys said it is a deeply serious incident that demands a thorough and independent investigation before they consider litigation.

Attorneys say there are a lot of questions, and their goal is to find the answers.

The law firm has sent letters and Freedom of Information Requests to various parties, including United Airlines.
