Former Baltimore Police Commissioner Released From Prison

Darryl De Sousa

De Sousa has been transferred from prison to a halfway house overseen by the Federal Bureau of Prisons. 

While in community custody, De Sousa will be in a supervised facility with curfews, required programs and training and strict alcohol and drug policies.  De Sousa pleaded guilty last year to failing to file tax returns for more than three years and was sentenced to ten-months in prison and 100 hours of community service. His projected release date is March 11th.
