BALTIMORE, MD (WEAA) — A mother is accusing a Baltimore City high school school of failing her son.
According to FOX 45 News, the 17-year-old student attended Augusta Fells Savage Institute of Visual Design for four years where he passed three classes and earned a grade point average of 0.13.
In the news report, the mother alleges the school never told her that her son was failing until recently, when he was placed back in ninth grade.
