Today With Dr. Kaye segment with Attorney Billy Murphy

(Baltimore, MD) -- The families of the two people killed in the Brooklyn Homes shooting and two victims who were among the dozens injured are planning to file a $100 million lawsuit.

Attorney Billy Murphy has filed a notice of intent claiming negligence, wrongdoing and civil rights violations on the part of several city agencies including the Mayor's Office of Neighborhood Safety and Engagement, the City Housing Authority and Baltimore Police Department.

Murphy says the deaths of 18-year-old Aaliyah Gonzalez and 20-year-old Kylis Fagbemi could have been prevented if the city agencies did not fail to do their jobs.
