(Washington, DC) -- The doors to the National Air and Space Museum are welcoming visitors once again.
Following extensive renovations, the museum is open for business and features eight new and renovated exhibitions, the planetarium, the museum store, and Mars Café will open on the building's west end.
The museum is ready, the exhibitions are complete, the artifacts are waiting to be seen.

Some of the other exhibits reopen to the public include Early Flight, Nation of Speed, One World Connected and the Wright Brothers and the Invention of the Aerial Age.
The Air and Space Museum has been undergoing a seven-year renovation.
Officials say free timed-entry passes will be required to visit the museum.
