Community Cares Campaign
Non-profits are proven champions in our community. The WEAA Community Cares Campaign is used to spotlight these organizations whose mission and values make a daily difference in the lives of others. Each month, WEAA partners with a non-profit organization and promotes the mission of that organization through a radio vignette, broadcasted several times daily on WEAA 88.9 FM.
How To Nominate An Organization
Listeners are encouraged to nominate organizations that touch lives and make an impact in Baltimore and the surrounding communities. Nominations should include a brief 200-word essay that discusses the organization's value to the community, their mission, and how they are making a difference.
