The Lewis Museum and Kaiser Permanente are partnering to bring the community a number of healthy, engaging activities for all ages:
Experience yoga and gentle stretching to include.
Meditative Dance with Maria Broom
Taste healthy recipes that are good for body and soul presented by Thrive Baltimore and Kaiser Permanente.
Attend a book talk and signing on the Ageless Vegan with Health Nutritionist and Bestselling Author Tracye McQuirter
Try new dance moves during the funky dance fitness sessions to include Zumba/Afrobeats, Hot Hula and Line Dancing.
Children ages 12 and under can gather for a special storytelling session led by Baltimore Mayor Catherine Pugh and visit with Kaiser Permanente’s healthy mascot, “Doc Broc.” Check out are other children’s wellness presenters:

James Tate: Kool Kids and the Land of the Giants
Spin Art: Create a piece of art while bike pedaling in place.

The Museum will also host a screening of the film, Feel Rich: Health is the New Wealth.
