Honest Tea, the Bethesda-based beverage company, is in Baltimore today with its "National Honesty Experiment." Each summer, the company installs temporary pop-up kiosks in cities across the country. The kiosks are stocked with cold beverages and there is box asking for $1. The idea of the lighthearted experiment is to see how many people will actually pay for their beverage. At the end of the summer, the company donates all of the proceeds, and shares the results for which cities are "the most honest" in America.
