WEAA's Julius White has the local news: Nine early voting centers in Baltimore County will open this Thursday. They will be open every day from 8am-8pm until November 3. An investigation is underway after 2 people were arrested for dealing drugs out of a home daycare in Anne Arundel County. And, Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake will appear on the food network show “Chopped” next year.
