WEAA's Julius White has the local news: the school bus driver in Tuesday's deadly crash apparently did not have clearance to drive a commercial vehicle, because he had failed to provide an updated medical examination certificate. An autopsy is being conducted to see if the driver suffered a medical emergency prior to the crash. And, unofficial numbers for Maryland early voting indicate that the turnout could top more than 20% of registered voters.
