Mayor Catherine Pugh and City Council President Bernard "Jack" Young will be attending a conference in Las Vegas to attract more businesses to Baltimore City. And, the bust of former U.S. Chief Justice Roger B. Taney, who wrote the 1857 Dred Scott decision, has been removed from outside of Frederick City Hall. City leaders voted last year to remove the bust. It will be relocated to the cemetery where Taney is buried.
