It was a packed house at Dunbar High School for a town hall meeting designed to give the community a better chance to ask questions of the school board than at a regular meeting in which only 10 speakers are allowed.
School board members were peppered with grievances ranging from cold classrooms to more parent representation on the school board for more public oversight and input. WEAA's Farajii Muhammad, host of For the Culture, served as the moderator of the town hall meeting. On Mornings with Mykel Tuesday, Farajii discussed his takeaway from Monday night's town hall meeting.
