Baltimore Mayor and Police Commissioner asking the public to help locate gunman in weekend shooting

Baltimore Mayor Jack Young is urging the public to share any information about the shooting that wounded five people including two young children and their mother.  They all remain in the hospital.

A one and two-year-old along with three adults were shot Friday night in the 19-hundred block of Ramsay Street.  Mayor Young says that level of violence is upsetting to him and the law-abiding citizens of Baltimore."That type of horrible behavior should shock all of us and bring us to a point where nothing--and I mean nothing--is more important than bringing to justice the person or persons reponsible for this cowardly act, " said Young.  Mayor Young on Sunday-- fresh off his return from a economic conference in Detroit, canvassed the neighborhood along with Police Commissioner Michael Harrison; going door to door asking for for information.  Police are looking for a silver or gold colored four-door Sedan that may have been involved.  They're also offering a $15,000 reward that will lead to the arrest and conviction of the person responsible. "If your committing the violence--if violence is the life you choose, then we will see to it that prison the price you will pay," said Harrison.
