The remaining three suspects charged in connection to the death of Baltimore County police officer Amy Caprio, have all pleaded guilty to felony murder charges. Darrell Ward, 19, Eugene Genius IV, 19, and Derrick Matthews,17, entered the pleas Monday in Baltimore County Circuit court.
Their pleas come on the heels of 17 year old Dawnta Harris’ conviction last month on felony murder and burglary charges. Prosecutors say they were burglarizing homes in Perry hall when Harris hit officer Caprio with a stolen Jeep.
