Baltimore County Public Schools are closing all eight schools that have no air conditioning today because of the excessive heat forecast.
The two high schools that will be closed are Dulaney and Landsdowne. The other six schools that are affected are Bedford Elementary, Berkshire Elementary, Colgate Elementary, Watershed Public Charter, Campfield Early Learning Center and Catonsville Center for Alternative Studies. In the city, all non-air-conditioned facilities will close three hours early today due to the heat.
Baltimore City Public School officials say several schools in the district will dismiss three hours early Thursday as well. Here's that list.
