(BALTIMORE, MD) Baltimore City police say, 19-year-old Yonah White has been arrested and charged in connection to a double shooting in southeast Baltimore.
The shooting occurred October 13 on North Ellwood Avenue near East Monument Street.
According to detectives, 19-year-old Deon Brown died from a gunshot wound to the head and a 23-year-old man was shot in the arm.
White is charged with first degree murder and attempted first degree murder.
