(HOWARD COUNTY, MD) Howard County police arrested and charged two men in connection to a homicide that occurred in Columbia.
Officials say the shooting happened on October 4 around 2:30 p.m. on Basket Ring Road.
The victim, 23-year-old Juan Michael Ross, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police say 18-year-old Daquante Thomas and 24-year-old Tyrik Braxton were arrested Friday in Baltimore.
Both are charged with murder and assault.
Police have not yet released information on a motive for the shooting.
