(BALTIMORE, MD) Police arrested and charged a 13-year-old boy with murder and attempted murder after a double shooting in south Baltimore.
The shooting occurred Friday, December 11 along Cole Street near Eagle Street.
Police say 40-year-old Chad Michael Jordan of Jefferson, PA was killed and a 26-year-old man was wounded.
According to detectives, the victims were in the area to buy illegal guns when the teen attempted to rob them at gunpoint.
Baltimore police say, during the robbery, the juvenile shot both men.
