Two Way Talk: The Life and Legacy of Colin Powell

Colin Powell, the first African American to serve as chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and secretary of state has died. 

 

 

According to family, Powell, fully vaccinated, has died from COVID-19 complications. 

 

He was 84.
