WEAA, guests pay tribute to Colin Powell

Colin Powell was the first African American to be national security adviser, chairman of the Joint Chiefs and secretary of state. 

 

He died Monday of COVID-19 complications. He was 84. 

 

Dr. Kaye is joined by a number of guests who pay tribute to Powell by highlighting his service and character.
