(Baltimore, MD) -- Baltimore city is reporting at least 36 murders so far this month.
This following a violent weekend of eight shootings and one killing.
Just three weeks ago, police released a short-term crime plan that included increased patrols in high-crime neighborhoods.
Officials say June is on track to be the deadliest month of the year.
