Doctor Thomas Scalea says he has "great hopes" that Sergeant Ramberg will "make a complete recovery" after he receives "substantial rehabilitation."
Sergeant Ramberg was critically injured when he got dragged by a car several blocks.
He was attempting to pull an armed suspect from a vehicle who drove off during a traffic stop on Park Heights Avenue the night of June 18th.
