(Baltimore, MD) -- The Baltimore County Executive and State's Attorney are vowing not to prosecute or aid in the prosecution of women who have abortions.
Johnny Olszewski and Scott Shellenberger posted a joint statement on Twitter Monday.

Other City and County officials have made similar statements, in addition to calling Baltimore a "sanctuary city."
Abortion remains legal in Maryland following the Supreme Court's decision to overturn Roe v. Wade.
