Baltimore attorney talks Sesame Place lawsuit

Attorney William "Billy" Murphy Jr. joins Dr. Kaye to discuss the class action lawsuit.

(Baltimore, MD) -- A Baltimore family is suing the Sesame Place theme park in suburban Philadelphia after their daughter was allegedly overlooked by costumed characters.

The family is seeking 25-million-dollars after their five-year-old daughter was snubbed by four performers dressed as Elmo, Ernie, Telly Monster and Abby Cadabby.

According to the suit filed by a Baltimore law firm, the four performers refused to engage with the child and other Black children during a meet and greet earlier this month.

The theme park is located in Langhorne, Bucks County outside of Philadelphia.
