(Baltimore, MD) -- A federal judge presiding over the perjury and fraud case against Baltimore City State's Attorney Marilyn Mosby has added a second pre-trial hearing to the case.
U.S. District Judge Lydia Kay Griggsby has scheduled a September 7th hearing to address what evidence will be allowed in court during the proceedings.
Mosby, who is facing charges in connection with a mortgage application for homes in Florida, is set to stand trial on September 19th.
