(Baltimore, MD) -- Baltimore is approving a settlement in connection to the city's corrupt Gun Trace Task Force.
The Spending Board voted today to give $575,000 to the man who claims three members of the force planted a gun in his vehicle during a 2015 traffic stop.
The victim, Darnell Earl, was forced to serve one-and-a-half years in prison for multiple gun offenses.
