(Baltimore, MD) -- Governor Larry Hogan will deliver his farewell address on Tuesday afternoon.
The 66-year-old, two-term governor officially hands over duties to Wes Moore on January 18th.
Hogan says, "I look forward to having one final opportunity to express to Marylanders how grateful I am for the privilege to serve as governor... and to share some thoughts about the direction of our state and our country."
