(Baltimore, MD) -- The jury appears to be struggling to reach a unanimous verdict in the trial of a teenage squeegee worker accused of killing a man in Baltimore.
In a note sent to the judge today, jurors asked what would happen if there is a mistrial.
The judge issued what's known as an Allen charge, basically directing jurors to keep deliberating.
Sixteen-year-old Tavon Scott is charged with killing Timothy Reynolds last summer during a confrontation at a busy intersection near the Inner Harbor.
