(Baltimore, MD) -- Acting Baltimore Police Commissioner Rich Worley held the first in a series of community meetings yesterday as part of his confirmation process.
He took questions about youth violence, guns drugs and policing during the telephone Town Hall with older adults in the city.
The next community meeting with Worley will be held virtually tonight from 7:00 to 8:30 and will be streamed live on Mayor Brandon Scott's Facebook page.
The virtual and in-person meetings will continue through August 28th.
The City Council's confirmation hearings will be held after the community engagement meetings are completed.
