Police: 14-year-old, 18-year-old arrested in connection with Brooklyn Homes mass shooting

ATF Baltimore

(WEAA)— Baltimore police say two more teens have been arrested in connection with the Brooklyn Homes mass shooting that occurred early July.

On Thursday, officials announced a 14-year-old and an 18-year-old have been charged with multiple crimes, including conspiracy to murder and attempted murder.

Aaron Brown, 18, faces 75 charges in relation to the shooting and is currently in custody on unrelated charges. According to The Baltimore Sun, Brown "is charged with attempted murder in connection to a May 19 shooting in the 4600 block of Harford Road."

Police say, the juvenile faces 18 charges and was taken into custody at a local school.

"The investigation is not ending anytime soon," said Acting Police Commissioner Richard Worley.

On Wednesday, Baltimore police and other city officials released a series of after-action reports compiled by multiple city agencies following the shooting that left two people dead and 28 others injured.

Four people have now been charged in connection with the shooting but no one has been charged with the murders.
