(Annapolis, MD) -- Governor Wes Moore has delivered his second annual State of the State address.
Speaking to a joint session of the Maryland General Assembly, Moore said the "state of our state is strong."
He also teased the release of Maryland's first "state plan" in more than a decade.
Moore says the plan will be released on Thursday.
He says it will set the state's agenda for the next three years and will include "specific, actionable, realistic, and measurable goals."
