(Baltimore, MD) -- Thousands of race fans and party-goers will be heading to Pimlico Race Course in Baltimore tomorrow for the Preakness Day races and entertainment.

The admission gates open at 9 a.m. and post time for the first race of the day is set for 10:30 a.m.

Former Ravens linebacker Ray Lewis will give the "Riders Up" command ahead of the 149th running of the Preakness Stakes.

There are a number of prohibited items for those heading to Pimlico, including any type of weapon, glass containers, tents, umbrellas, grills, drones, balls or frisbees.

Expect an increase in police patrols in and around the racetrack, including Baltimore Police officers assigned to foot patrol.
