(Baltimore, MD) -- The Maryland Department of the Environment has issued a Code Orange Air Quality Alert for the Baltimore City Metro and Annapolis areas today.
A Code Orange means the air pollution concentrations in the region may be unhealthy.
Sensitive groups include children, people suffering from asthma, heart disease or other lung diseases and the elderly.
People in sensitive groups should avoid strenuous activity or exercise outdoors.
