(Baltimore, MD) -- Baltimore's Artscape festival begins today and runs through the weekend in the Bolton Hill and Mount Royal neighborhoods.
The free, outdoor arts festival features live music, visual art experiences, family-friendly activities, films, food and more.
The legendary Chaka Khan will take to the main stage tonight, Sheila E. hits the main stage Saturday and the Original Wailers, of Bob Marley fame will perform on Sunday.

Artscape opens to the public at 5:00 p.m.
