-- Former Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Jacoby Jones died of hypertensive cardiovascular disease and the Orleans Parish coroner in Louisiana has ruled the manner of death as natural.
Hypertensive heart disease can happen when people have unmanaged high blood pressure for an extended period of time, putting strain on their heart.
The 40-year-old Jones died in his hometown of New Orleans on July 14.
Jones set an NFL record for the longest kickoff return in Super Bowl history with 108-yard touchdown in the Ravens' 34-31 victory over the San Francisco 49ers in Super Bowl 47.
