(Annapolis, MD) -- It's Halloween, but it's also the last day to vote in-person at an early voting center in Maryland.
State Elections Administrator Jared DeMarinis says a third of Maryland voters have already cast their ballots ahead of Tuesday's election.
The state's 97 early voting sites are open until 8:00 this evening.
Other options include voting by mail, or in-person on Election Day.
