(Howard County, MD) -- The Baltimore man accused of shooting a co-worker along I-95 apparently blamed the victim for a job demotion.
That's according to charging documents in the arrest of Kevin Gross, who is being held at the Howard County Detention Center for attempted murder and assault.
Investigators believe the Monday morning shooting may have been workplace retaliation and Gross is being held without bail.
Ronald Victor Garcia-Rodriguez was found shot outside his car on northbound I-95 in Laurel and he was rushed to Shock Trauma.
There's no word on his condition.
