(Baltimore, MD) -- Baltimore City will be hosting an event this week to help federal workers who have lost their jobs.
The Mayor's Office of Employment Development says the Federal to Future Career Transition Expo will take place Thursday from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. at New Psalmist Baptist Church on Mariam Drive.
There will be public and private sector employers attending the event including the Baltimore City Health Department, Johns Hopkins, Baltimore City Community College, LifeBridge Health, MedStar and more.
