(Darlington, MD) -- Three people have been arrested in connection with an alleged kidnapping in Harford County.
Maryland State Police say troopers were called to Conowingo Road in Darlington on the morning of March 10th for a report of a man with his hands bound behind his back running down the middle of the road.
The victim told troopers he had been assaulted and held captive, and he managed to escape when he was left unattended.
State Police later arrested Chris Cochran, 48, Grace Johnson, 38, and Leland Lewis, 48, and they face various charges that include false imprisonment, first and second-degree assault and kidnapping.
