(Baltimore, MD) -- Baltimore City has released more information on the impact and damage caused by Friday's EF-1 tornado.
The tornado touched down in Federal Hill Park at around 5:50 p.m., then traveled east toward the Patapsco River before crossing south into Canton, where it caused tree damage.
The tornado continued to The Shops at Canton Crossing, where it damaged the roof of the Merritt Athletic Club.

The tornado then shifted to the southeast, crossing I-95 and I-895, damaging warehouses at the Holabird Industrial Park and overturning two trucks at the Amazon facility.
Out of the seven commercial properties surveyed, two sustained affected-level damage, two had minor damage and three suffered major damage.
